Lebanese pearl couscous is a larger form of couscous where the grains are the size and shape of small pearls. Couscous is made from durum wheat and is also called Moghrabie. Pearl couscous is a staple just like bulgur and rice and is used in all kinds of dishes. The full-bodied flavor goes well with salads, stews, soups and as a substitute for pasta. Cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
