How can I return a product?

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number in the delivery confirmation email with a link to where you tracked the shipment.

What is my order? when will I receive it?

We ship all orders within 24 hours on working days. Weekends and public holidays may affect this time. You will receive a delivery confirmation by email after your order has been sent. From the moment the order is sent, it takes 2-7 working days depending on where you live. If it takes longer, please contact us and we will take a look at what can happen.

Accepted payment methods?

We accept card payments with MasterCard and VISA. Swedish residents are offered the opportunity to pay with through our partner Bambora. Please see the Bambora website for more information.

What currency do I pay in?

The currencies used are SEK.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you do not need to register to order, but a valid email address is required when ordering. You must provide your postal address and contact details.

Can I change my order?

As soon as we start working on your order, there is a very limited period of time during which you can change or cancel your order. If you want to make any changes, please contact us by email as soon as possible.

Can I add items to my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order with additional items and contact us. We are happy to waive shipping costs for this additional order if it is placed within 24 hours of the original order.

Is my order ready?

An order confirmation is sent by email immediately after the order has been placed. Check your inbox and spam and add info@matbah.se in your contact book for future purchases. If it is missing, your order may not have gone through correctly. Contact us and we will take care of it!

How do I use the voucher code?

The voucher code is entered at the checkout. Enter the code in the coupon field and the total amount of your order will be recalculated and you will clearly see how much has been deducted.

My order is missing.

Some parts are missing from my order.

If there are missing parts in your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will take a look.Return the product you purchased within 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the product. You have the right to regret. We need returned goods in the same condition as you received them: unused and with the original labels still attached. All returned goods must include the completed returns form with the order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.
